Willy Tybur, head of the Tybur family, concerned about Marley’s unfavorable position in the international arena, decides to deliver a globally significant speech in the Liberio Internment Zone, declaring war on Paradis Island in a bid to quickly reclaim the “Founding Titan.”
Meanwhile, Falco leads Reiner into a basement—where Eren is already waiting for him.
At the moment Willy Tybur delivers his declaration of war, Eren, who has long infiltrated Marley, reveals himself and transforms into the Attack Titan, marking the beginning of the Battle of Liberio.
