The journey begins with two immersive pre-show experiences.
The Longhouse introduces guests to Icelandic history, where a Viking storyteller brings ancient tales to life through captivating shadow-play projections.
Next, The Well of Time features Sú Vitra, a character inspired by Icelandic troll legends, who guides visitors through Iceland’s rich geology, history, and the powerful natural forces that shaped its land.
The main flying theater experience, created by Brogent, takes visitors on a thrillingjourney. Suspended before a massive 20-meter spherical screen, guests soar over Iceland’s iconic landscapes with aerial footage filmed by helicopter. Enhanced by wind, mist, and scent effects, the experience provides a multi-sensory adventure that captures the raw beauty of Iceland’s glaciers, volcanoes, and fjords.
FlyOver Iceland is not just a scenic ride, it’s a cultural journey that brings Iceland’s mythology and history to life. With its combination of advanced technology and storytelling, this attraction offers a truly immersive and unforgettable experience of Iceland’s majestic landscapes.
