Brogent Unveils New Turnkey o-Ride Flying Theater at IAAPA Expo Asia and Announces Global Licensing of "Attack on Titan" Digital Content

Brogent (5263) today (15th) launched a new product, the "Turnkey o-Ride Flying Theater," at the IAAPA Expo Asia held in Singapore. It also announced the completion of the collaboration with Kodansha, Japan on the 4th chapter of "Attack on Titan." With the addition of this new film to the already popular "Attack on Titan" trilogy, there are four digital contents that will initiate global licensing of flying theater and VR films. By utilizing market-leading products and exclusive licensed popular IP content, Brogent aims to penetrate the thriving theme park and tourism market.

Brogent stated that within its flagship high-end product line of flying theaters, the team has successfully developed a new product, the " Turnkey o-Ride Flying Theater," which is lower in cost and can be quickly assembled. Owners only need to provide a load-bearing ground base, and Brogent team can complete the construction of the entire flying theater, including the building exterior, within as fast as three months. This significantly reduces the time and cost for owners to build a new attraction. Its advantages of quick assembly and lower cost are expected to rapidly expand Brogent's clients base with medium to low budgets and enhance market penetration.

Furthermore, Brogent officially announced that the collaboration with Kodansha on the 4th chapter of "Attack on Titan" is nearing completion. Together with the original "Attack on Titan" trilogy, totaling four digital contents, global licensing of flying theater films and VR films will be initiated. "Attack on Titan" is one of the best-selling manga globally, with total sales exceeding 110 million copies. Since signing the IP licensing agreement with Kodansha in 2014, Brogent has pioneered the world's exclusive immersive experience with the "Attack on Titan" flying theater, allowing fans to fly high in the air and engage in hot-blooded battles with the main characters. During its screening in Taiwan, every session achieved sold-out status, becoming a must-visit experience for fans and attracting the attention of international amusement facility operators, who actively sought authorization for collaboration. In addition to the "Attack on Titan" film, Brogent has over 30 digital contents available for licensing. Currently, media-based attractions have become a mainstream trend in theme park and entertainment industries, and Brogent sees great potential in the post-pandemic demand for the construction of new attractions and the update of amusement rides with digital contents, with a market potential of up to 500 million USD for film licensing.

Brogent also announced the opening of the "Air Combat" VR experience at the new attraction Central Beach Bazaar in Sentosa, Singapore. Players can sit in the F-18 fighter jet simulation cockpit with their friends and experience aerial combat with enemy aircraft, resembling the pilots in the movie "Top Gun," feeling the adrenaline rush and excitement. Since the official release of this new product at the end of last year, it has immediately been adopted by Singaporean customers and became the first client to introduce the product.

Brogent stated that the IAAPA Asia Expo has been suspended for three years due to the pandemic. Participating in the exhibition has provided a firsthand experience of the thriving development of theme parks and entertainment markets in Asia, especially in Japan, China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. In these regions, new theme parks are either opening or plans to introduce new rides.. Therefore, Brogent is optimistic about the overall trends in the tourism and entertainment market's development.
